GORONTALO – The Educational Staff (Tendik) of Universitas Negeri Gorontalo attended a morning roll call at the beginning of February, Monday (5/2), in the rectorate yard. The session was led by the Vice Rector for Finance and General Affairs, Dr. Hidayat Koniyo, S.T., M.T., followed by ASN and contract staff in bureaus, faculties and institutions.

In his remarks, the Vice Chancellor for Finance and General Affairs reminded all staff to face their tasks in 2024 with enthusiasm and optimism. This enthusiasm is a key, so that the performance will improve continuously in order to support and embody the university’s work program.

"All staff are expected to work and improve their performance in order to achieve the university’s common goals," said Hidayat.

Also, Hidayat highlighted the importance of quality performance in every field of work within the university, because good performance is the key to institutional progress. Hidayat emphasized that every individual has an important role in realizing the predetermined work program and vision and mission of UNG.
