Gorontalo - To absorb aspirations regarding faculty development within Universitas Negeri Gorontalo, UNG Rector Prof. Dr. Ir. Eduart Wolok, S.T., M.T. is in a casual discussion with the faculties, departments and study programs leaders of the Faculty of Law, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science, and Faculty of Social Science.

The Rector said he wanted to hear directly about the problems and challenges in each department and study program in each faculty to seek solutions together so that they have the same mindset, programs, targets, and goals for creating an excellent and competitive UNG in the future.

“This setting makes discussions more relaxed and open, so I believe the departments and study programs have something to say, especially in relation to obstacles experienced. Through this discussion, we can find the best solutions together and divide roles between departments, faculties and universities," he said.

The Rector revealed that the discussion was an initial meeting and a review will be scheduled once every two months so that solutions to problems can be monitored and executed well. Even profiling and modeling of the development of each department and study program can be produced through this agenda.
