GORONTALO – As an institution with the status of a Public Service Agency (BLU), the Gorontalo State University is participating in the 2021 BLU Expo. The activity initiated by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia will carry out virtual expo activities which will be held from 16 November 2021.

Vice Chancellor for Cooperation, Planning and Information Systems Prof. Dr. Phil. Ikhfan Haris, M.Sc, stated UNG's participation in the BLU Expo, as a forum to provide information on the priority of BLU development at UNG, especially the business entities that are sheltered in it.

“Currently UNG has several business entities which are a source of income for the campus. All information related to the business entity will be conveyed through the BLU Expo," he said.

Participation in the BLU Expo is the first time for UNG. Even though it is carried out online, in its implementation it is designed interactively, so that visitors can enter every available booth, especially UNG's.

“One of the assessments made is on the number of visitors. So that on D-1 before the 16th, the entire UNG academic community will be informed again to be able to visit UNG's virtual booth so that the number of visitors will increase," said Ikhfan.

Ikhfan hopes that the entire academic community, including lecturers, staff and students, can actively participate in the BLU Expo by accessing the www.e-blu.id page and then visiting the two owned by UNG directly because one of the assessments in the BLU Expo is the number of visitors who come.

"In this expo, there will be a lot of information and knowledge obtained by the academic community related to UNG which currently has the status of a BLU institution," he concluded.
