GORONTALO - The inauguration of two professors from the Faculty of Sports and Health has further added to the line-up of lecturers at Universitas Negeri Gorontalo, who have reached the highest academic degrees in the field of science. This recent inauguration has marked a total of 51 professors at Universitas Negeri Gorontalo.

"Through this inauguration, we should be happy and grateful since the current number of professors at UNG has increased to 51 with various fields of knowledge," said UNG Rector Dr. Ir. Eduart Wolok, ST, MT, while giving a speech at an open senate session of the inauguration on Tuesday (31/1).

According to the Rector, 51 professors out of the total lecturers at UNG have not yet reached a presentation of 20 percent. However, over the last three years, UNG has continued increasing the number of professors to improve human resources.

"The number of professors will continue to increase as currently there are 15 UNG lecturers who are applying. The presence of professors will further strengthen UNG's current position," he concluded. (**)
