GORONTALO – The improvement of faculty achievement through the Key Performance Indicators will be the Faculty of Law (FH) focus for 2023. The faculty demonstrated seriousness in boosting KPIs through a workshop on setting KPIs targets and a research/service roadmap for 2023.

Dean of FH Prof. Dr. Fenty Puluhulawa, M.Hum, revealed that the workshop was a form of earnestness of the faculty academic community in improving KPIs in 2023. This achievement was crucial as it was a benchmark for the success and achievement of the academic community.

"This is in line with the present theme of the workshop, "Optimizing KPIs achievements as the Basis for the Transformation of Excellent and Competitive Higher Education," said Fenty.

According to her, the KPIs achievements for the faculty until 2022 indicated fairly good results. Even so, there was still a lot of potential from the faculty that needed to be boosted so that the KPIs achievements for the Faculty of Law in 2023 would improve.

"The previous year's KPIs achievements resulted from all our hard work. Furthermore, we have a collective task always to improve KPIs achievements, so our current workshop is scheduled to discuss the targets and ways to achieve," she concluded. (**)
