GORONTALO – In strengthening the existence of the organization, the Dharma Wanita Persatuan (DWP or the Indonesian Women’s Organization) of Universitas Negeri Gorontalo confirmed the boards of DWP at the faculty and education staff level. The inauguration of the board was marked by the inauguration of the chairman and members of the faculty and staff board by the chairwoman of the UNG DWP, Dr. dr. Ceci Wolok Karim, Sp.GK., on Friday (9/2), at the TC Damhil UNG Ballroom.
In her remarks, the chairwoman of UNG DWP, Dr. dr. Ceci Wolok Karim, Sp.GK., asked DWP at the faculties and education staff level to immediately execute their respective work programs. The work program should focus on developing members themselves, and serving family members and the community which lead to the university’s vision and mission.
"University DWP also needs support from faculty and education staff to carry out work programs at the university level. So that we should increase collaboration and cooperation to achieve a better results of the work programs,” said Ceci.
The UNG Rector, represented by the Dean of the Faculty of Education, Prof. Dr. Arwildayanto, M.Pd., congratulated the newly appointed boards. With new enthusiasm and energy, Arwildayanto hopes that the boards can make a positive contribution to the existence of the organization.
"DWP has a strategic main task as a university partner, which plays a role in supporting organizational performance. So that the support, enthusiasm and new energy from its members will lead to a better program execution," he concluded. (**)
