Gorontalo: The conditions amid the Covid-19 Pandemic prompted Gorontalo State University to held a graduation ceremony with the Drive-Thru system for the March 2021 Graduation Ceremony. To prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus at the Graduation Ceremony, Vice-Chancellor for Academic Affairs Dr. Harto Malik, M.Hum, asked the graduates to comply with health protocols.
"Graduation amid a pandemic requires us to adhere to health protocols. For this reason, graduates and companions are required to comply with the health protocol set by the committee," said Harto.
Implementation of health protocols can be done by implementing 3M; it is wearing masks, washing hands, and taking care of one another.
"After the procession of removing the tassel, the graduates and companions are expected to leave the Graduation location immediately, to avoid the crowd in the campus environment. The implementation of health protocols is crucial and must be of our common concern," concluded Harto. (Wahid)
