GORONTALO – The Dharma Wanita Persatuan (Indonesian Woman Organization) of Universitas Negeri Gorontalo (DWP UNG) has a new organizational board for the 2023-2027 period. Dr. dr. Ceci Wolok Karim, Sp.GK re-gained her position as chairperson of DWP UNG, confirmed through the DWP board inauguration and work meeting within UNG on Friday (26/1), in the TC Damhil UNG Ballroom.

The inauguration procession for the Chairwoman and Board of the DWP UNG was inaugurated by the Chairwoman of the DWP of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, Teti Herawati Aminuddin Aziz, witnessed by the Rector of UNG, Prof. Dr. Ir. Eduart Wolok, S.T, M.T., Chairwoman of the DWP of Directorate General of Education and Technology Sri Puji Saraswati Nizam, along with university leaders and members of the UNG DWP.

Chairwoman of DWP UNG Dr. dr. Ceci Wolok Karim, Sp.GK., expressed her gratitude for the trust re-entrusted to her to lead the organization. The trust given to the DWP board will be used to outline a work program to strengthen women’s participation in building family resilience as expected.

"This is in accordance with our vision, namely being independent, excellent, and competitive. "The mission to be realized includes creating competent DWP human resources that can compete globally and realizing the welfare of members, families and society through the fields of education, economics and socio-culture," she explained.

In his speech, UNG Rector Prof. Dr. Ir. Eduart Wolok, S.T, M.T., congratulated the entire board of the DWP UNG. The Rector advised DWP UNG to truly perform and work according to the vision and mission set.

"DWP must also take an important role as a strategic partner and support the UNG system in supporting PTN-BH, one of which is through the role of encouraging income generation for the campus through organizational work programs," told Eduart. (**)
