Gorontalo - 137 Master's and Doctoral program graduates attended UNG Postgraduate Program Yudicium for the February Term for Even Semester of 2023/2024 Academic Year which was held on Monday, February 19 of 2024 at the TC Damhil UNG Ballroom.

In his remarks, UNG Postgraduate Program Director Prof. Dr. Ir. Mahludin H. Baruwadi, M.P. conveyed his gratitude for this remarkable moment as the Postgraduate Program had kept on producing graduates from master's and doctoral programs, this time was 137.

"We are proud and very grateful for the trust given to UNG to be a place for you to continue your studies," he said.

UNG Vice Rector for Student and Alumni Affairs Prof. Dr. Muhammad Amir Arham, M.E. revealed that the percentage of the Indonesian population who continued their master's studies was 0,3 percent and doctoral studies was 0,02 percent.

"The process of pursuing higher education will definitely support and welcome the vision of having excellent Human Resources in the Golden Indonesia by 2045. So, all of you have been part of this journey and keep in mind that being lifelong learners knows no age, and so on," he said.

He asked that this great motivation to study for graduates who have continued their studies in the UNG Postgraduate Program must be conveyed to other colleagues.

"Today's yudicium should not be the end, yet the first step to develop oneself and increase capacity. Of course, when you hold a master's or doctoral degree, the burden increases, both in terms of attitude, knowledge and skills, but you must never stop, you have to keep going. So, keep learning and developing yourself," he said.

Prof. Amir advised the graduates that communication relations between study programs and alumni should not be broken.
