Gorontalo State University held a Synchronization of Key Performance Indicators Program on Wednesday (26/5) on Dionumo Island.

Rector of the State University of Gorontalo Dr. Ir. Eduart Wolok, ST., MT., said that cooperation is needed to achieve the Main Performance Indicators (KPI) for Higher Education targets. Joint synergy is required to achieve this.

"We have to work together so that we can move forward together. With this KPI, all of us are measurable, so we need to be consistent, and this is where our innovation is demanded. We cannot work as usual," said the Rector.

The Rector added that in this challenging target, he would make a strategy for achieving it.

"We will synergize together regarding the strategy to achieve this tough KPI. On the other hand, we must also pay attention to previous institutional targets," he said.

The Rector emphasized institutions and units to support the achievement of KPI by synchronizing with faculty programs.

All Vice-Chancellors attended the Synchronization of the Main Performance Indicators Program, Heads of Institutions, Heads of Bureaus, and Deans at the State University of Gorontalo.
