Gorontalo: A national-scale event was held again by Gorontalo State University in a virtual creative gymnastics competition between national-level universities. With the appointment of UNG as the host for the implementation of the activities, UNG Rector Dr. Ir. Eduart Wolok, S.T, M.T, felt happy and proud that the National level virtual creative gymnastics competition could be held at the Red Maroon Campus.

"It is a matter of pride for this year UNG to be trusted as the organizer of the activity. It is hoped that this activity can take place successfully and can become a routine agenda every year," said the Rector.

According to him, the creative gymnastics competition amid the Covid-19 pandemic is a forum that can provide an example and a trigger for innovation that must continue to be carried out in empowering and nourishing the community to face pandemics.

"Because the implementation of this competition shows that we can continue to exist to carry out sports activities, so that programs to nourish the community can continue," explained the Rector.

In the virtual creative gymnastics competition, 110 videos participated to compete in all competition categories, which representatives from 15 universities throughout Indonesia attended. (Wahid)
