Rector around all faculty to calm conditions
GORONTALO - In Gorontalo State University campus there was the issue of assault committed by a group of thugs yesterday afternoon. Hundreds to thousands of students and employees who were studying and working on campus ran in panic to escape. This issue originated from the presence of a certain number of people who got through college, whether triggered by whom so that outstanding issues would be no attack the campus. Some students hurried out of college, some told to friends and employees to immediately secure themselves. No doubt the issue will grow and become uncontrollable.

Serve Communities Associated With the Constitutional Court
GORONTALO - Academic Vice Rector Dr. Qamar Badu Syamsu with Dean of Faculty of Social Sciences and the Law (FISH) UNG MPd Mooti Usman, Monday (4 / 1) to test video conferencing support the Constitutional Court in the new building FISH.
This advanced equipment is a facility that can be enjoyed UNG society, community and government organizations particularly those related to the Constitutional Court (MK). This equipment consists of a flat 40-inch LCD, screen, projectors, servers, 3 units of computer, printers, scanners and communications devices Virtual Private Network (VPN).

GORONTALO - Reviewing the tragedy last December 29 and saw this last condition, the Solidarity Community Love Gorontalo (SM-CG) expressed moral call to rescue Gorontalo. Moral appeal was yesterday released to several media addressed to the public and government to be more wise and sensible and not easily terprovolasi.
Moral appeal was requested that the parties related to the tragedy in order to help myself, do not be provoked, and are not fed up with the issues or elements that do not want peace on Hulonthalo.

As we know that one of the national tasks performed by personnel Educational institutions (LPTK) since 2007 is the implementation of the "Teacher Certification". In general, the entire LPTK agreed that this task is a noble task that impact on the improvement of teachers' professionalism and prosperity.
In the course of this task, since the year 2007 almost all LPTK experienced various obstacles. Even the issue until the legal effect so there LPTK leader who became the suspect. This occurs because of differences in perceptions about the legal basis used by the examiner. LPTK working on budget plans (RAB) which collated by the Directorate General PMPTK but inspectors do not want to use the basic RAB. Inpectors using LPTK performance using basic SBU published by the Ministry of Finance. This condition greatly affects the performance LPTK negative impact on the implementation of the basic tasks.
Observing that the 12 LPTK leader held a special meeting to discuss the problem of "Certificate Teacher", on November 9, 2009 in Gorontalo. The results of these meetings are as follows:
- Minister of National Education in order to evaluate the implementation of the certification of teachers, especially in the aspects of planning and use of the budget;
2.
- LPTK not ready to implement a teacher certification in 2010 before there is equality of treatment in sight and the use of the budget.
