Gorontalo: Rector of Gorontalo State University, Dr. Ir. Eduart Wolok, ST., MT., Inaugurated the Administrator of the Student Executive Board (Ina: BEM), Particular Activity Unit (Ina: UKK), Student Activity Unit (Ina: UKM), and Medical Student Association for the 2021 period on Monday (22/3) at the Ballroom of the TC Damhil UNG Hotel.

In his speech, the Rector emphasized that the UNG Student Executive Board administrator is not an ordinary student because they have been chosen from among 22,000 UNG students. They have been given the mandate, a trust to develop, implement, and convey the aspirations of student affairs during 2021.

"You will be dealing with a technological muzzle that will demand your intelligent adaptation. If you don't, then your enterprising activities will be left behind by the rapid development of the times," said the Rector.

The Rector added that BEM UNG administrators have to prepare themselves to face the era of competition where those who have the capacity, capability, and ability to show their skills will onward.

"UNG keeps improving to move forward, and student organizations will become the strategic partners. Because you are the representation of the students as UNG's majority member," he added.

Meanwhile, President of the UNG Student Executive Board for the 2021 period, Rezky Pramana Putra Weni A. Mantali, said that he would realize the vision and mission of BEM UNG through the "Kabinet Berani."

"We hope this "Brave Cabinet" can provide many changes based on courage. Dare to rise, dare to go forward for a competitive UNG," he hoped. (Rachmad)
