Gorontalo: The results of the National University Entrance Test (SNMPTN) for 2021 have been officially announced by the College Entrance Test Institute (LTMPT); 110,459 registrants have passed the selection.
For matriculants who registered on SNMPTN at Gorontalo State University, 1,729 passed and were allowed to join the UNG through the achievement pathway selection.
"Applicants for SNMPTN at UNG this year reached six thousand people. But, unfortunately, only 1,729 applicants passed and met the assessment standards by the LTMPT to join UNG," said UNG Rector Dr. Ir. Eduart Wolok, ST, MT.
According to the Rector, the determination of SNMPTN graduation is by the achievements of matriculants while attending SMA / SMK / MA, as evidenced by the value of report cards uploaded through the registration page.
"Congratulations to the matriculants who passed the SNMPTN at UNG. This opportunity should be used as well as possible because not everyone can pass through the SNMPTN route," explained the Rector.
In admissions for SNMPTN students, 899 matriculants graduated as scholarship recipients for the Kartu Indonesia Pintar - Kuliah (KIP-K) scholarship. "Nationally, UNG is in the 5th rank of the SNMPTN selection colleges that accept KIP-K scholarship student graduates," he concluded. (Wahid)
